Integrating third-party applications with CustomerSuccessBox
There are different ways to import your business data in CustomerSuccessBox, namely,

Integrating with third-party applications
When you integrate with third-party applications, you can easily set up your data in CustomerSuccessBox.
You need to follow the below steps to integrate with third-party applications with CustomerSuccessBox.

Click on the Gear icon present on the top right bar of the CustomerSuccessBox dashboard. Then click on the Integrations option.

At the top of the page, you can view the multiple integrations already connected.

Below you will be able to see the different integrations that are available for you.

You can also search for a particular integration by its name using the Search bar.
How do I check the logs of my integrated platform?
You can view the status of your integration in the Integration logs created for each platform. For this, you need to follow the below steps.

Go to the Integration page, you will be able to see already connected Integrations for your account.

All the integrations that are Enabled, will be shown using green. Also, you can see the integration that is disabled for you.

Click on the 3 dots beside any of the integration platform card. It will give you a drop-down list. Click on the logs option to view Integration logs.

Once done it will show you the Integration logs for that particular platform.
What to do if you find out Integration has failed?
Whenever an integration fails, our Integration team gets notified about this & they are already working towards solving it. But if you need any updates, you can reach out to your Implementation Engineer or write to the Support team.
How to unauthorize an existing integration?

Go to the Integration page, you will be able to see already connected Integrations for your account.

Click on the 3 dots beside any of the integration platform cards. It will give you a drop-down list. Click on the Unauthorize option to unauthorize an existing integration.
