Overview
Sheldon is an Artificial Intelligent (AI) system that learns from the behavioural patterns of previously churned and retained customers and helps you to understand their behaviour by providing meaningful insights. Sheldon provides this information in the form of recommendations and anomalies. Sheldon also uses advanced techniques to understand the correlation between product features, CSM activity and retention. This is what enables Sheldon to generate recommendations on the most relevant product features and CSM activities.

Who is this for?
If you are responsible for managing a CSB instance (mainly admins), this article will help you understand how to make use of the Integration Hub to view available integration, enable new integration or gather current state of any of the enabled integrations.
What are the pre-requisites for enabling Sheldon AI?
Before Sheldon can generate recommendations for you, here are a few things that need to be available in your CSB instance:
- At least 6 months telemetry data pushed via CSB Feature APIs/JS (Data sent via Segment and other platform if not considered for now)

What Early Access / Beta / Trial means?
It means that Sheldon is offered to you on a trial basis during the early access program period without any additional fee. Access will be revoked at the end of the early access program.
When will Early Access program end?
Sheldon [AI] Early access program is scheduled to end on 31 March 2021. You may reach out to your Account manager to get it added to your plan after the early access program.
