How to Track the Up-time and Service Status of CustomerSuccessBox Application and APIs


If you’re having trouble accessing CustomerSuccessBox's APIs, application or website, there’s a chance we’re currently experiencing a temporary problem.

In an effort to be more & more transparent with customers, we have launched the status page. You can check for outages and downtime on our new status site –

Action required : If you are already a customer, do subscribe for the updates.

Can I subscribe for updates?

Yes, you can subscribe for updates to get notifications whenever incidents are encountered and resolved –

  1. Visit to Click the Subscribe to Updates button.

  2. Choose the notification medium (email, slack, support chat, RSS feed, etc).

  3. Enter relevant details, then click the Subscribe button.

Up-Time Stats

The up-time status is the first thing you’ll see as you scroll down the status page. Click on "View historical data" to see the up-time statistics of website, application, APIs, telemetry & non-telemetry data of last 90 days.

The historical up-time page represents the severity of each outage (major or partial) through different colours.

Click the View historical uptime link to view up-time statistics preceding 90 days.

Hover your cursor over any block to view details of the outage. You can use the drop-down to select data types and also scroll through different date ranges.

Incase of any outage, you will see the time of outage & details about it. You will get to see when you click on "Orange" block.

Click the Incidents tab to view the summary of all incidents.

  1. Initiate a chat directly from within CustomerSuccessBox. Use chat option from Chat icon in the left side navigation bar

  2. Create a conversation from here
